How to know your existing motor vehicle claim status?
As a Zurich customer, you can check your existing motor vehicle claim status.
If you are a personal or individual customer, your username is 6 first characters of insured name on policy,
including space, and your password is 7 digits of the policy number.
Example:
Insured Name : Andi Mulia
Policy Number : ZI-PMV-1000123
Username becomes : Andi M
Password becomes :1000123
If you are a corporate or company customer, the username is 6 first characters of your corporate or company name on the policy including space, and without "PT", "CV" or "PD" prefix. Your password is 7 digits of the policy number.
