We provide following services :

1. Risk Assessment & Risk Improvement
   Independent risk assessments seldom make full use of the customers' internal understanding of their own operations and its vulnerabilities. In our assessments we want to fully integrate our Customer's knowledge base with our expertise. This is the objective of our team-based solutions strategy. The Customer needs to allocate the time and inclination to participate in our analysis, allowing us to provide the appropriate methodology, leading the Customer through the risk analysis and the solution development process
2. Zurich Hazard Analysis
   The Zurich Hazard Analysis (ZHA) is our flagship service, which identifies, prioritizes and improves our Customers' risk exposures. It can be applied in a variety of contexts including product design, plant operations, and business continuity. The ZHA yields key risk improvement actions which, when implemented, will reduce the associated risks to its acceptable level in line with the strengths of your corporate balance sheet.
3. Fire Protection System Testing
   The Risk Engineering team of Zurich Indonesia provides services, such as reviewing of engineering drawings, testing of fire pumps and measuring hydrant flow rates etc., for our Customers in order to verify that the fire protection systems are always in good working conditions.
