  • Check all of your car lights
This act of course is a very mandatory thing, check all of your car lights to ensure everything functioning properly. In the midst of rainfall that obscures your view, your car lights can be a lifesaver from unwanted outcomes.
  • Turn on your headlights even in the middle of the day
Do this even in the middle of the day or in the light rain. Because this particular act helps you to notify other drivers ahead, or in the opposite direction, of the car that you are currently driving.
  • Turn the right lights in the right moment
Do not turn on the head lights in the midst of pouring rain or haze. That action will only obscure your view, because the light will be reflected back at you by the rain-drops. Should your car is equipped with fog lamps, they will really help, because fog lamps will illuminate the road and make your car more visible.
  • Do not use hazard lights in the middle of a rainfall
Hazard lights will make drivers behind you become less-sensitive to your brake lights when you are decreasing the speed of your vehicle. Using hazard lamp will also make you cannot notify other drivers when you are taking a turn, and this can be very dangerous.
