For us, a promise is something that we have to prove it to you, our valued customer. With these considerations, we launched our latest campaign - ZAP 250 -  Zurich Action and Promises 250. This is a program where you, the policyholder, able to test our commitment to you.

This program is created with five important promise that we created specifically for you, :

Towing Car accident claims Within 2 Hours From the notification until the arrival at the scene
General Repairs All Repairs (Zurich authorized partners)
Issuance of work order within 24 hours From the workshop estimation until the issuance of work order
Total Lost Claim Constructive total damage claims Within 24 working hours From the estimation from workshop until receive claim settlement deals
  Theft Within 24 working hours From the receiving the original letter of Kaditserse, as well as a letter to block STNK, until the claim settlement.
Survey Repairs Within 24 working hours From the notification until the arrival at the scene
Minor Damage Reparation for up to 3 panels Within 24 working hours From the time entering the workshop until finishing repair (by appointment)

If you can not deliver on their promises as promised above, we will pay in the form of petrol voucher worth Rp 250,000 (because of that, there ZAP 250) as proof of our commitment to you.

The terms and conditions apply to this program ZAP 250, are:

  • Only valid for customers policyholders automobiles, rose Mobil Z, Comprehensive & TLO
  • Currently the program is only valid in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar and surrounding areas.
  • This program only applies when the customer directly contact the Customer Care Center Zurich at1500 987
  • For surveying and towing services,the time begins after the customer disclosing the information required by our officers after directly contacting the Customer Care Center Zurich at1500 987
  • ZAP 250 voucher can only be exchanged or used in COCO gas stations. A list of gas stations attached.
