Our activities are designed to support the success of achieving Sustainability within our office areas, such as reducing the use of paper and plastic, utilizing green spaces for growing hydroponics plants and solar panels. Outside of the office area we actively plant trees in the remote area of Baduy. Together with local communities we collaborate to set up a waste bank to manage waste. By leveraging renewable energy in our daily operations, we managed to be recognized through Rec100 certification from Indonesia State-Owned Electricity Enterprise.

Our Impact to Society


Zurich Entrepreneurship Program (ZEP)

In 2022, as part of our Corporate Responsibility Program, together with Z Zurich Indonesia and Prestasi Junior Indonesia, we launched the Zurich Entrepreneurship Program which aim to empower more than 9,000 high school and vocational high school students in Indonesia to build 50 new businesses over the next three years. This program will comprehensively facilitate the development of students' business skills through hands-on experience in establishing and operating a micro-enterprise in their schools.
