Contractor All Risk Sharia

Contractor All Risk Insurance provide benefits if: 

1. Your building suffered from material damage caused by unexpected risk.
2. You are responsible for paying compensation to third parties for injury or loss directly related to the construction of your building.

• Managed by Shariah principle of mutual assistance among Participants/policy holders.
• Provide economic value by surplus sharing at the end of the insurance period for you if you never submitted a claim.
• Part of the contribution is allocated to pay Zakat through various social activities to support public welfare.

• For partially damaged, the amount of insurance benefit will be at the cost of the repair. For total damage, the amount of the benefit will equal to the amount of the insured price that has been determined at the beginning of the insurance.
• This product requires an assessment from our team.
• The contribution rate is determined based on the type of project, project maintenance period, project testing conditions, contractor experience and other assessment factors to our team’s consideration.
• To purchase this product, you must fill out a Request for Insurance Closure (SPPA), a form to make an insurance submission filled out by participants/policy holders, and make a true statement and disclose material facts relating to information, conditions, and facts regarding the object of insurance.
