    Customers are welcome to submit feedback or complaint to PT Zurich Topas Life free of charge. Please contact our Customer Care via telephone, fax, email or letter.

    Our Customer Care is open from Monday to Friday, starts at 08:30 am to 5:00 pm.

    We will respond to your feedback or complaint within two working days until a maximum of 20 working days. If we need more time for further investigation, we will inform you by letter. Please submit your feedback or complain form compiled with all supporting documents in order to enable us to resolve your complaint quickly.
