Employee Benefit

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

An employee assistance program is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. This counselling services is held with full confidentiality and is available for our employees and their immediate families.

Working Arrangements

We faciliate a comfortable and open collaboration working area for our employee. Thus, Graha Zurich is designed with a purpose-built work environment tailored to the needs of our employees and customers.

Hybrid Working Arrangement also apply to employees to support them in achieving their balance between work, social life and also to maintain their mental health

Employee Resource Group (ERGs) - ZURINA

We formed an Employee Resource Group as a means to develop and grow together with four communities:

  • MindFIT, is a community that cares about the mental and physical health of employees include Basketball, Badminton, Futsal, Table Tennis, Music, Yoga, Mindfullness Meditation, etc
  • Sustainability, is a community that supports Zurich's vision to maintain world sustainability such as minimizing the use of paper and plastic, tree shelters, etc.
  • GoodNews, is a community that precipitates a sense of social inclusion fellow human beings and religion, including holding blood donations, Christmas events, Islamic sermons, etc.
  • Emerging Leaders, is a community that supports learning and knowledge about leadership.
