Premium Payment Procedure for Zurich Asuransi Indonesia

Via Virtual Account
A. Bank BCA Virtual Account
Transfer via ATM, Klik BCA, and BCA Mobile Banking
- Select "Transfer" menu.
- Select "BCA Virtual Account" menu.
- Enter the Virtual Account number listed in the Debit Note.
- Enter the amount of premium to be paid (the amount of premium paid cannot be more than the amount stated in "Total Billing").
- Check the Virtual Account number, Insured Name, Policy and Certificate number (if any), and premium amount.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
B. Bank Danamon Virtual Account
Transfer via ATM, Danamon Online, and Danamon Mobile
- Select "Transfer to Danamon Bank Account" menu.
- In "Destination Account" enter the Virtual Account number listed in the Debit Note.
- Enter the amount of premium to be paid and fill in the Minutes/Message with the policy number.
- Check Virtual Account number, Destination Account Name a.n. PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk, Minutes/Messages, and the amount of premium.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.
C. Other Bank Account
Transfer via ATM with ATM Bersama network, ALTO, Prima
- Select "Transfer" menu.
- Select "Interbank Transfer" or "To Another Bank Account" menu.
- Enter the Bank Code and account number or Virtual Account as stated in the Debit Note.
- Enter the amount of premium to be paid.
- Check Account Number, Destination Account Name a.n. PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk, Minutes/Messages (if any), and the amount of premium.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.

Via Tokopedia
- Open Tokopedia via application / web (link) and enter the "Top Up & Billing" menu and select "Insurance Premium“.
- Select insurance from Zurich Insurance and enter the policy number, then click Check Bills.
- Enter the amount of premium to be paid (the amount of premium paid cannot be more than the amount stated in "Total Billing").
- Check Policy Number, Insured Name, Product, and Premium Amount.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.

Via Counter / Teller
- Enter Bank Code and account number as listed in the Debit Note.
- Enter the amount of premium to be paid.
- Check Account Number, Destination Account Name a.n. PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk, Minutes/Messages (if any), and the amount of premium.
- If it is appropriate, follow the next instructions.

Credit Card (Visa / Master)
- Customers can make payments by requesting a Payment Link via the form at the link http://bit.ly/linkpaymentzurich or contacting Zurich Care (zurichcare.general@zurich.co.id)
- Customers can visit the nearest ZAI outlet that provides EDC machines.
Additional Information:
- If the payment does not use a Virtual Account, the customer must confirm the following:
- Send proof of payment to paymentconfirmation@zurich.co.id
- Call Zurich Care at 1500 456
- SMS to 08121113456 with the format: #Paid<space>Policy number<space>Currency<space>Premium ammount
For example: #Paid 320216000913 IDR 7,454,000
- If there is a change in the billing/delivery address of the policy, the customer can contact Zurich Care at 1500 456 to request a change of address.
