Product Terms and Condition

Occupancy of the building as a private residence and not used as a place of business.
Permanent buildings with steel/concrete/brick structures and walls with cement/tile floors, tile roofs or non-combustible materials.
Participant's age limit for this Personal Accident benefit is up to 60 (sixty) years old.
The protection package chosen will affect the insurance contribution rate.
To purchase this product, you must fill out a Request for Insurance Closure (SPPA), a form to make an insurance submission filled out by participants/policy holders, and make a true statement and disclose material facts relating to information, conditions, and facts regarding the object of insurance.
