Hospital Partner Zurich Topas Life

To maintain the quality of our Health Insurance services and benefit management, we regularly review our partner hospital network. Starting from April 16, 2026, claim processing at several partner hospitals listed below will be shifted to a reimbursement mechanism:

1. Parkway Group Hospitals Singapore
2. Pondok Indah Group Hospitals
3. Bethsaida Hospital
4. Mandaya Royal Puri Hospital
5. MRCCC-Siloam Hospitals Semanggi
6. Abdi Waluyo Hospital

Effective January 1, 2026, there will be adjustments to cashless service at several Zurich partner hospitals as follows:

• ⁠Cashless service at Parkway Group Hospitals Singapore will be discontinued, you can use reimbursement when you need to submit claims. For customers who previously used Parkway Group, you may choose another Zurich partner hospital for cashless service.
• ⁠Cashless service is currently available at Siloam Hospitals Dhirga Surya Medan.
• ⁠For cancer treatment, cashless service at Zurich partner hospitals is available to customers with active policies for more than 2 years.
