Medicillin Insurance

Medicillin Health Insurance is a health insurance product from Zurich designed to help companies provide health protection for their employees and their families. The product offers various benefits according to the policy terms, including access to a network of partner providers and digital services through the Medicillin app.​

Medicillin participants include active employees aged 18–60, spouses aged 18–60, and children from birth up to 22 years old. Children must remain unmarried and enrolled as students, in accordance with the policy terms.​

Medicillin provides a range of health protection benefits depending on the plan and policy terms, including inpatient care, outpatient care, dental care, maternity and childbirth, and optical benefits. Additional benefits may also include medical check-ups, critical illness coverage, vaccination, telemedicine, medical evacuation, and health programs, depending on the plan selected by the company. Medicillin participants can use the Medicillin app to access various digital health services according to the benefits available under their policy. Through the app, participants can access information about their coverage, healthcare services, and partner provider network.​

Medicillin claims can be submitted through Zurich Care at 1500 456. Participants need to complete the claim form and provide the required documents in accordance with the policy terms. Once the documents have been received, Zurich will process the claim and communicate the decision in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
