- Outpatient, dental care, eyeglasses, and maternity insurance cannot stand alone without having inpatient coverage.
- Premiums are non-refundable.
- The coverage for children is 0 days old and for adults, the maximum age is 75 years.
- The pre-existing conditions for waiting periods and sickness do not apply to more than 100 participants.
