Zurich Wins “The Most Outstanding Women 2026” Award, Reinforcing the Strategic Role of Women Leadership
Jakarta, April 2026 - Zurich in Indonesia has once again received The Most Outstanding Women 2026 award in recognition of the contributions and strategic roles of its women leaders, while reaffirming the company’s commitment to inclusivity and sustainability in the financial services industry. The award was presented as part of the Women Art and Society 2026 event held in Solo, Central Java.
The award was received by nine women leaders from the Zurich Group in Indonesia across three business entities. From PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk, the award was presented to Jeti Muliawan and Ariyanti Suliyanto as members of the Board of Commissioners, as well as Tini Nurianto , Editha Thalia Desiree , and Auralusia Rimadiana as members of the Board of Directors. Meanwhile, from PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia, the award was received by Silvia Lestari as a member of the Board of Commissioners. From PT Zurich Topas Life, the award was presented to Yuliana and Ellyana Fuad as members of the Board of Commissioners, and Santy Gui as a member of the Board of Directors.

In addition, throughout 2025, Zurich promoted its employees, with female talents accounting for nearly 50% of total promotions.
