Tini Nurianto
Director
Tini joined ZAI as Director at the end of June 2025, overseeing the Human Resources function, as well as the Marketing and Communications function.
Tini has been part of the Zurich Group family since 2015, where Tini also served as Head of Human Resources for Zurich Integrated Benefits in Switzerland and led the Human Resources function at PT Zurich Topas Life and PT Zurich Insurance Indonesia.
Previously, Tini had extensive experience leading the Human Resources function, including at PT Nokia Indonesia (now PT Microsoft Indonesia), PT Airfast Indonesia and PT Sara Lee Indonesia, and had held marketing and loan administration functions at Saehan Merchant Bank Corporation and Toronto Dominion Bank, Canada.
Tini earned her Bachelor of Administration Studies degree from York University, Toronto, Canada.
