Effective from the moment you activate your data package until the package expires, with a maximum coverage period of 30 (thirty) days (as stated in your Policy Schedule), whichever comes first.

  1. Report your loss to Zurich Care 1500 456 within 14 days from the date of incident.
  2. Submit your claim documents by scanning the QR Code below.
  3. You will receive a claim confirmation email within 1 working day after reporting.
  4. Zurich will verify the submitted documents within 6 working days.
  5. Zurich will pay the claim within 7 working days after approval.

  1. Q: What are the conditions for a device object to be eligible for screen protection coverage?
    A:
    • The item must be original.
    • There are no black spots on the screen.
    • One item is eligible for only one claim.
    • If you have more than two policies, you can claim a maximum of two policies per month.
  2. Q: Is there a waiting period to make a claim?
    A waiting period applies, as stated in your Policy Schedule. Claims will only be paid if the damage occurs after the waiting period.
  3. Q: What are the exclusions of this insurance?
    A:
    • Losses covered by warranty.
    • Intentional damage.
    • Mechanical or electrical damage.
  4. Q: How long will claims be paid?
    A: Maximum of 7 working days after the claim is approved by Zurich.

  • Zurich has the right to cancel the transaction if you do not meet the Terms and Conditions stated in the policy.
  • You will receive the policy in the form of an electronic policy (e-policy) via SMS to the number you registered.
  • Policies that are no longer active cannot be used to submit claims in any form.
